A Symon sales representative works with its customers to identify the visual communications solution(s) that best meets their needs. Once a solution(s) is/are chosen, Symon’s sales representative will, in the majority of cases, schedule a site survey by one of Symon’s engineers to understand and document the following:
  • The physical-plant (e.g. structural requirements, aesthetic requirements, locations, etc)
  • Resource requirements (e.g. key personnel, schedules, approvals, etc)
  • Infrastructure requirements (e.g. electrical connections, network drops, mounts, stands, etc)
  • Logistical requirements (e.g. how, where and when to deliver equipment)
Once the survey is complete, the Symon sales representative will prepare a price quote for the customer’s approval. Once an approval is received, typically in the form of a purchase order, the installation process will be scheduled.
