Charles Ansley
President and CEO
Charles Ansley has responsibility for all operations of the company globally since joining the company as CEO in 2002. Charles was no stranger to Symon having served on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Compensation Committee since 1997. Throughout his career, he has served in almost every facet of the broad information services marketplace.

Previously, Charles was President of EDS's Information Solutions U.S., where he was responsible for client relationships, service delivery, client satisfaction, and sales. In addition, he served as President of units at EDS including the Communications Industry Group, Communications Service Line, and Financial Process Management. Before joining EDS he served at the Plano-based DSC Communications as Senior Vice President of Sales and Services for the global telephony equipment manufacturer.

In the mid-90's, Charles was an officer at AT&T, serving as Vice President of Client Services and Marketing where he helped create and found AT&T Solutions, an organization focused on the fast-growing systems integration and network outsourcing marketplace. During his long tenure at IBM, he held successive senior-level roles in general management, sales, marketing, and business development in both IBM and IBM Global Services.

Currently, Charles serves on the Executive Committee of the Digital Signage Association (DSA). He also serves on the Board of the Metroplex Technology Business Council in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and as a member of the Sonic Foundry Advisory Board. He has previously held positions on the boards of: The International Board of Visitors at Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business, UpstreamInfo, United Way of Dallas, Greenhill School of Dallas, and USC's Center for Communications Management. He has also previously served on the Infomart Board of Governors and the Advisory Board for the privately-held QVentures of Fort Worth.

Charles earned an undergraduate degree in Business Management and an MBA in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

Mike Cavender
Senior Vice President of HR and Client Services
Mike Cavender is responsible for human resources and benefits for Symon. He also has responsibility for Client Services, which includes Professional Services and Technical Support. Mike also leads Symon's Total Quality Management (TQM) initiative to improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.

Senior Vice President of Sales
Steve McCullough has been with Symon since 2001 and is responsible for all sales operations for Symon clients located throughout the Americas. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Steve was the General Manager of Symon's international office in the UK, with responsibility for sales, marketing, professional services and technical operations.

Managing Director, UK and International
Dan Horgan is the Managing Director at Symon Ltd, responsible for leading every aspect of the corporation towards further optimal success. Dan occupies over a decade of experience in visual communications solutions, along with a wide understanding of telecommunications and digital signage industries.

Todd Sutherland
Vice President of Software and Mobile Platform Development
Todd Sutherland has been with Symon since 1996 and is responsible for all aspects of software development at Symon. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Todd was the Director of Development Operations for Symon. Todd has also held other positions within Symon that include Development Team Lead, Manager of Documentation, as well as, Senior Software developer.

Mark Ansley
CIO and Director of Hardware Solutions
Mark Ansley joined Symon in 2005 and is responsible for the information technology and computer systems that support the company’s growth and enterprise goals including processes and practices supporting the flow of information. Mark is in charge of the company telephony infrastructure, all computer hardware and software assets and information integrity and security.

Joe English
Vice President of Consumer Experience Solutions
Joe is responsible for Consumer Experience Solutions at Symon which include all consumer and public facing market segments. Prior to his current role, Joe was VP of Sales for the West Area managing all Sales staff in the western half of the Americas as well as the Gaming market operations for Symon which are based in Las Vegas. In his early career at Symon Joe handled Strategic accounts and then ran the National Account program.

Jason Hartman
Vice President of Enterprise Sales, West
Jason Hartman joined Symon in 2001 and is responsible for all of Symon’s enterprise sales initiatives for the corporate contact center, employee communications, supply chain and manufacturing environments. He was a Symon Regional Sales Manager and prior to joining Symon, Jason held several contact center management positions and is experienced with workforce management and workflow solutions.

Loretta Rederscheid
Vice President of Enterprise Sales, East
Loretta Rederscheid started her career with Symon in 2005 and is responsible for all sales related activities for Symon’s enterprise sales team in the eastern region. Previously she held positions at Symon as National Account Executive and Regional Sales Manager. Loretta was recognized for outstanding sales performance by obtaining President's Club 2007, 2009, 2010; Symon’s highest sales honor.

Kate Ellison
Corporate Controller
Kate Ellison joined Symon in 2003 as Controller supervising the quality of accounting and financial reporting for the company. Prior to working at Symon, Kate held various accounting management roles and was employed in the banking industry in a financial analysis capacity for many years.

Director of Revenue Billing
Jo is responsible for managing the administrative revenue billing processes within Symon as well as for sales incentive compensation processing. She is a member of the Total Quality Management committee.

Ammar Asref
Director of Solutions Engineering
Ammar Asref has been with Symon since 1997 and is responsible for sales engineering and pre-sales support throughout the Americas. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Ammar was the Director of Client Service at Symon, with responsibility for technical support escalations and overall quality improvements in the client services operations and the customer experience.

Rod Tate
Director of Professional Services
Rod Tate began his career with Symon in 1995. As Director of Professional Services, Rod provides oversight and leadership for Symon Solutions implementation services, integration development, training, project management, and associated consulting. An important key role, Rod is the technical interface to all vendors working with Symon as technology partners. This includes working directly with providers on life cycles, being aware of new platforms that need to be considered, certifications, and much more. Rod is also an important resource and key player in resolving escalations globally.

Brett Goldfarb has been with Symon since 1994 and is responsible for second tier technical support, end user documentation, OnTarget Content Services and Managed Services offerings.

Jeff Comstock
Director of Sales Operations
Jeff Comstock joined Symon in 1999 and is responsible for improvement of the overall productivity, effectiveness and results of the Symon North American Sales team. Jeff also is responsible for managing Symon Direct, the inside sales team for Symon, and managing all of Symon’s North American tradeshows.

Aleksandra Rosen
Director of SymonCare Technical Support
Aleksandra Rosen joined Symon in July 2000 and is responsible for managing the SymonCare Level 1 Technical Support team. She is a member of Symon's Total Quality Management (TQM) committee, Symon’s initiative to improve the customer experience across all touch points. Aleksandra also has software licensing process responsibility.

Tony Bridgeman joined Symon in 2007 and is responsible for the Creative Services department for all market segments in North America. Tony and his staff have created stunning visual presentations for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Hilton and Hyatt hotels and for many other Fortune 500 companies.

Pat Moreno
Manager of Administration
Pat Moreno joined Symon in 2003 and is responsible for organizing and coordinating office procedures and supporting the CEO and CFO. She manages daily office operations and supervises the administration staff as well as supporting company payroll, 401K plan, corporate travel for North America and many other administrative duties.

Finance Director, UK and International
Julie Richings has responsibility for the Company’s financial, administrative and HR operations. Julie deals on contract negotiations with customers and suppliers, and is also responsible for the ongoing certification of Symon Ltd as an ISO registered company.

Managing Director of Symon Middle East
Joe Rabah is the Managing Director of Symon Middle East and has been with the company since Jan 1997. With main responsibilities involving managing the Middle East region and supporting Symon’s local partners and reseller network, Joe is also responsible for all business development, pre-sales, sales, marketing and professional services for the Middle East operations.

Martyn Barnett
Director of Client Services, UK and International
Martyn Barnett is the director of Client Services at Symon Ltd, with responsibility for both Professional Services and Technical Support activities across EMEA. Having been appointed Director of Client Services in 2012, Martyn now effectively leads the operational and technical functions of the company, guaranteeing excellent service delivery to all Symon customers.
