Director of Professional Services
Rod Tate began his career with Symon in 1995. As Director of Professional Services, Rod provides oversight and leadership for Symon Solutions implementation services, integration development, training, project management, and associated consulting. An important key role, Rod is the technical interface to all vendors working with Symon as technology partners. This includes working directly with providers on life cycles, being aware of new platforms that need to be considered, certifications, and much more. Rod is also an important resource and key player in resolving escalations globally.

Director of Sales Operations
Jeff Comstock joined Symon in 1999 and is responsible for improvement of the overall productivity, effectiveness and results of the Symon North American Sales team. Jeff also is responsible for managing Symon Direct, the inside sales team for Symon, and managing all of Symon’s North American tradeshows.

Aleksandra Rosen joined Symon in July 2000 and is responsible for managing the SymonCare Level 1 Technical Support team. She is a member of Symon's Total Quality Management (TQM) committee, Symon’s initiative to improve the customer experience across all touch points. Aleksandra also has software licensing process responsibility.

Pat Moreno joined Symon in 2003 and is responsible for organizing and coordinating office procedures and supporting the CEO and CFO.
